Welcome to Entropia and Entropia Playtest ("Game"), developed by June Folks ("we," "us," or "our"). By playing our Game, you agree to follow these Rules of the Game ("Rules"), designed to ensure fair play, respectful behavior, and a positive experience for all players.
1. Objectives of the Rules
The purpose of these Rules is to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for all players and developers, ensuring entertainment while preventing harm to gameplay, community, or individual experiences.
2. Fair Play
2.1. The use of cheats, scripts, physical devices, or any unauthorized methods that provide unintended advantages is strictly prohibited.
2.2. Players must not engage in actions that harm or disrupt the intended gameplay experience. Exploiting bugs or unintended game mechanics for personal gain is not allowed. Report any such issues to support@entropiathegame.com.
3. Respectful Behavior
3.1. While in-game chats and interactions are not actively moderated, players are encouraged to self-regulate.
3.2. Harmful actions extending beyond the game, such as physical threats, sharing personal information, or incitement to violence, are strictly forbidden.
3.3. Actions aimed at profiting outside the game, including unauthorized advertising or spam, are not permitted.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. The Game is intended for players aged 18 and older. By accessing the Game, you confirm compliance with this requirement.
4.2. Sharing other players' personal information is prohibited.
4.3. Unauthorized software or modifications that alter game mechanics are forbidden.
5. Moderation and Sanctions
5.1. Moderation is conducted manually by our team. Automated anti-cheat systems will be implemented in future updates.
5.2. Sanctions for Rule Violations include but not limited to: Temporary bans, Permanent bans, Progress resets, Account deletion
5.3. Players may appeal sanctions by contacting support@entropiathegame.com.
6. User-Generated Content
6.1. User-generated content must not include offensive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate material. Content is reviewed manually.
6.2. By creating content using the Game’s tools, players grant developers the right to use, modify, and publish this content without notification or credit.
7. Gameplay Rules
7.1. Players are encouraged to use all available mechanics within the Game. Developers aim to balance gameplay for fairness and enjoyment.
7.2. Chats are not recorded or moderated. However, in exceptional cases, chat functionality may be restricted for individual players.
⠀7.2.1. Players can mute others or initiate a vote to remove disruptive players from matches. Votes require a majority to succeed.
7.3. Players can assign reputation points to others based on gameplay, communication, or other interactions at their discretion.
8. In-Game Purchases
8.1. Refunds for in-game purchases are not provided, including in cases of bans or progress resets.
8.2. Players lose access to accounts and purchased content if banned.
9. Developer Responsibility
9.1. We strive to maintain a balanced and enjoyable experience but do not guarantee perfection.
9.2. Developers are not liable for technical issues, data loss, or bugs that may affect gameplay.
9.3. We reserve the right to modify these Rules at any time. Players will be notified of changes via in-game notifications.
